Proven Implementation Experience
Key to Oracle’s product focus over the coming years is Fusion Applications, and Frontera has been involved in the product’s launch since 2010. As a system integrator (SI) in Oracle's Early Adopter program, Frontera was the first SI to bring the Fusion Financials suite live for any Oracle customer anywhere in the world! Since going-live we have supported the customer with the install of updated releases and additional phases of the project, such as, integration of legacy systems, additional financial reporting, disaster recovery capabilities and the nationwide rollout to subsidiary companies.
The Frontera team brings in-depth expertise across multiple pillars of the Fusion Applications footprint:
- Financial Management
- Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
We have also completed Fusion Applications implementation/upgrade assessments for multiple customers covering a wide range of Fusion business areas, including HCM, Financial Management, Procurement and PPM. In recognition of our expertise Frontera was invited into the “Fusion Nation” group to assist customers seeking more information on Fusion Applications at Oracle OpenWorld - San Francisco 2011
Fusion Applications in the Cloud
Fusion Applications (HCM and CRM) have been available from Oracle as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) since early 2012, with Fusion ERP (Financials, Procurement and PPM) added to the Oracle offering in late Fall 2012. We have been implementing SaaS products since 2008 and have used that experience to enhance our Fusion implementation methodology specifically for Cloud Services. In recognition of our expertise in Fusion Applications and Cloud-based system implementations, we were invited by Oracle to provide guidance to their sales staff in preparation for the launch of Fusion ERP Cloud Services.
"While implementing the Oracle E-Business Suite globally, we have utilized a broad spectrum of consulting firms. Time and again, Frontera has distinguished themselves by offering a high level of expertise without an exorbitant fee structure. They rank among the top level firms, and in terms of relative value, they are second to none.”- Katelyn DeMatte
“Frontera and Oracle teamed together to bring in-depth business process & product knowledge to our package selection project. We chose Fusion Applications for its rich feature set and out-of-the-box reporting, built-in best-practices, its modern efficient user interface and its flexible architecture. Frontera’s deep experience in process improvement and system implementation rival that of the traditional large integration firms in the marketplace, while their boutique pricing allows us to implement a system that may otherwise be out of reach.”- Darryl Chu, Fusion Early Adopter
